Exotic Pet Needs

Wet Pet and Reptile Center is a full service reptile store and exotic pet store. We carry the most popular exotic pets, and all of the exotic pet supplies and live food you will need. Our expert staff will also make sure you know how to properly care for your new pet once you get it home.

Some of the captive bred exotics we carry at our reptile store include:

Ball Python
The ball python can be a good beginning snake to have as a pet. They grow to a maximum of 4-5.5 feet in length, and are calm and easy to handle.  They like to eat live mice and rats.

Bearded Dragons

These cool looking reptiles make great reptile pets. Sometimes known as “beardies” bearded dragons can grow to up to two feet long, are gentle and easy to handle. They like to eat vegetables and live insects, especially crickets.

Iguanas are not for the beginner reptile pet owner. They can grow to be fairly large (5-6 feet), and are not easy to tame, and can become aggressive. They’re vegetarians, and eat a lot, and need vitamins and supplements to keep them healthy, as well.

Leopard Geckos

Leopard geckos are one of the most popular reptile pets. They grow to about 8-11 inches, are relatively easy to care for and are recommended for beginners. They like to eat a wide variety of live insects, including crickets and meal worms.

Crested Geckos

The crested geckos, or “eyelash gecko” grow to 7-9 inches and have prehensile tales, and need a larger space to call home because they are climbers and jumpers. They’re usually pretty calm, but can be skittish. And unlike other geckos, if they lose their tail, it doesn’t grow back. They like a well- balanced commercial diet, supplemented with crickets and fruit.

African Fat Tail Geckos

Fat tails are nocturnal, and typically grow to 8-14 inches. They’re closely related to leopard geckos, and like to eat a wide variety of live insects, including crickets, meal worms and wax worms.
